When you complete the Home Evaluation Form, I will contact you if I need any additional information about your home and then prepare a market evaluation to give you the most accurate current market value of your home. Often, a walkthrough of the home is also needed.
There are no obligations after you receive your free market evaluation. It is a service I am glad to provide to the community!
